Floyd County Democratic Caucus begins at 7 p.m. at the Charles City High School for Charles City precincts. Doors open at 6 p.m.; no admittance after 7.
Floyd County Republican Caucus will begin at 7 p.m. at Washington Elementary School, 1406 Grand Ave., Charles City (use northwest entrance).

The annual meeting of the Charles Theatre will take place at 4 p.m. at the theater.

Community congregate meal lunches are held at the Charles City Senior Center.
The Charles City Rotary Club meets at noon at the Elks Lodge. After lunch a program is presented by a speaker on a local or other topic. To be a guest contact a Rotary Club member or come to be greeted at the door.
Public Bingo at the Charles City Senior Center, 6:30 p.m.
TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) meets at 8:30 a.m. at Bethany Alliance Church, 1100 Clinton St., Charles City. Visitors welcome.
SO FAR (Sober For A Reason), an organization dedicated to ending drug abuse and providing help for drug abusers and their families, meets at 7 p.m. at Dave’s Restaurant in Charles City.
