VIP, regular BrewFest tickets still on sale

Less than two dozen VIP and regular tickets remain for the upcoming Chuck Town BrewFest on Saturday, Oct.

24, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Columbus Club (former KC Hall) in Charles City.

This Octoberfest-style event hosted by Community Revitalization will feature a German food bar with brats, hot pretzels and beer cheese soup, a gift basket auction, as well as fun and games including the always popular Hammerschlagen. It will also showcase craft beers from six different Iowa breweries: Toppling Goliath Brewing Co, Confluence Brewing Co, Mason City Brewing, Lion Bridge Brewing Co, West Okoboji & Pulpit Rock Brewing.

Regular tickets are $25 each and include a keepsake Chuck Town BrewFest glass. VIP tickets are $35 and let visitors in starting at 5 p.m. They are available at the Community Revitalization office at 401 N. Main St. weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or at the door the night of the event if any tickets remain. Last year’s BrewFest sold out in advance, so wait at your own risk.
