FURNACE REPLACEMENT: The Floyd County Housing Trust Fund Board of Directors reminds Floyd County homeowners that the application deadline within the 2016 Furnace Replacement Program is 5 p.m. Dec. 4.

The Trust Fund will cover either 100 percent or 75 percent of furnace replacement costs, depending upon income category. Annual adjusted income limit for 100 percent replacement is $20,250 for a single person, while in the 75 percent replacement category income amount for a single person is $33,750.
