CCHS announces 2019 Prom Court

The Charles City High School Prom Court was announced on Thursday. Queen candidates for the Charles City 2019 Junior and Senior Prom are Cinnamon Evans, Madelyn Tjaden, Nora Sullivan, Cora Crooks and Jodie Sindlinger. King candidates are Bryant Mitchell II, Kelly Ward, Chase Foxen, Ryan Zuspan and Nicholas Litterer.

The theme for this year’s prom, which will be Saturday, April 27, is “This is Our Year.” The prom will be held at Comet Gym, with doors opening for the Grand March at 6:30 p.m. Students will line up for the Grand March at 7 p.m., with the march starting at 7:30 p.m.

The dance will be from 8 p.m. until midnight, and the post prom gathering will be at Comet Bowl, from midnight until 3 a.m.
