Arts Center’s ‘Casablanca’ night moves to Feb. 21

The movie “Casablanca” is still the inspiration for the upcoming post-Valentine’s Day couple’s dinner at the Charles City Arts Center, but there’s a change of plan for when.

The event is now scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Arts Center.

“We had to change the date of our dinner … due to some scheduling conflicts,” said Director Emily Kiewel.

She said the dinner, now in its third year, has become a tradition. It’s an opportunity to take a spouse or date out for some fine dining without leaving town.
