DeVon Charles Thorsen, 92, of Charles City, died Sunday, April 17, 2016 at 9th Street Chautauqua Guest Homes.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. with a one hour prior visitation on Friday, April 22 at the First Baptist Church, 105 Chapel Lane, Charles City. The Rev. Ruth Yeaton will be officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Charles City with Military Honors by the Charles City V.F.W.
