31 CC students inducted into National Honor Society

Charles City High School honored 31 juniors and seniors Thursday night as they were inducted into the National Honor Society. The students were chosen for “…exemplifying leadership, service, character, and academic excellence,” National Honor Society Advisor David Voves said in a statement.

The students were inducted in the high school gymnasium at a 7 p.m. service.

The National Honor Society was established in 1921 and estimates that more than one million students participates in NHS activities, according to the NHS website.
