The Charles City Middle School band performed holiday music for the Charles City Senior Center on Tuesday, helping to close a week’s worth of community tours by student musicians in town.
Directed by Renee Boss, the band performed for about 40 community members over lunch — with both full-ensemble pieces and sectional solos. The band invited audience members to sing along on “Silent Night.”
