Donna L. Mullen, 76, of Charles City, passed away Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016 at the 9th Street Chautauqua Guest Home in Charles City.

A memorial service for Donna will be held at 10:30 a.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016 at Hauser Funeral Home in Charles City with Pastor Janet Dorenkamp of Hospice of North Iowa Chaplain officiating. Family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Tuesday, Nov. 1.
