She received her education at a rural country school through grade three, attended St. Mary’s Catholic School, and graduated from New Hampton High School with the class of 1964.

Born with a bright and inquisitive mind, Madella enjoyed reading throughout her life and was a keen observer of the world around her. Her dry wit, shared with those closest to her, will always bring laughter and joy to their memories.
