Letter to the Editor: Thanks for support on Floyd Gospel Sing

On behalf of the parents and staff of Lighthouse Academy in Floyd, we want to thank all of the individuals and businesses who donated to the 2017 Floyd Gospel Sing.

Your support, generosity and donations made this year’s sing a huge blessing.

We also appreciate all of the local churches who opened their doors to the singing groups to sing in their worship services the Sunday following the Sing.

A big shout-out to the citizens of Floyd, the mayor, city clerk, water treatment manager and town council.

Our appreciation to local businesses and banks for their contributions. The Floyd Gospel Sing is an outreach ministry of the Gospel Lighthouse Church and Academy.
