Santa PAWS coming to Otto’s Oasis

Bring your pets to Otto’s Oasis greenhouse on Dec. 13 from 1-3 p.m. for pictures with Santa PAWS. Monetary donations will go directly to caring for the homeless cats and dogs at PAWS Humane Society.

You may also bring holiday cheer to the shelter animals by bringing them a toy or treat. Dogs need to be friendly and on short leashes and cats in carriers.

Music in the Library event planned for Nov. 25

The Charles City Chamber Orchestra string quartet will present a free performance in the Charles City Public Library on Nov. 25 from 4-5 p.m. Start your holidays off with a free performance from the CCCCO quartet and refreshments in the lobby.
