Mary Burgett

Mary Burgett, 89, of Charles City, IA died Sunday, Dec. 15, 2024, at 11th St. Chautauqua Guest Home in Charles City, IA. She is now with her lord Jesus.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Mary Kathryn Burgett was born on Aug. 17, 1935, in Bristow, OK, the daughter of Hubert and Ella (Smith) Burgett.

Mary leaves behind a loving family. Her children; Hugh (Vivian) Timmons of TX; three daughters, Jeanne Timmons, Nancy Williams and Holly Timmons all of Charles City, IA; five grandchildren, Caleb Williams, Evan Williams, Everett (Emily) Timmons, Aaron (Cady) Timmons, Arielle (Kevin) Evans; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Betty (Donald) Snow and Bessie (Dwight) Irvin.
