Douglas ‘Doug’ Saunders

Douglas “Doug” Saunders, 84, of Charles City, passed away Monday, Jan. 13, 2025, at the 9th Street Chautauqua Guest Home in Charles City.

Visitation will be held from 12 p.m. until the start of the funeral service starting at 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 17, 2025, at Trinity United Methodist Church with Pastor Don Preston officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Charles City.

A celebration of Doug’s life will be held at the Elks Lodge in Charles City starting at 4 p.m. on Friday.
