DISTRICT COURT: Nashua woman pleads not guilty to lawnmower crime

Toni Jean Funte, 43, of Nashua pleaded not guilty to second-degree theft Jan. 19 in Floyd County District Court. She is accused of unlawfully paying for and taking possession of a stolen lawn mower valued at $2,399.99, according to the criminal complaint filed by the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office.
