Government meetings: June 15

CC Council to meet June 15: The Charles City Council and staff will meet in a planning session beginning at 7 p.m. June 15, in the City Hall council chambers. The agenda includes a Simply Essentials update, a recommendation from Broadband commission on local feasibility study, the Iowa Fiber Alliance next phase, a BDH request to assign tax rebate to new owner and employee raises for  fiscal year 2017.

Park Board changes meeting date: The regularly scheduled meeting of the Charles City Park and Recreation Board for June has been changed from Wednesday, June 15 to Wednesday, June 22, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
