Curtis Charles North

Curtis Charles North, 60, of Charles City, passed away Saturday, June 27 at the Mayo Clinic Hospital, Saint Mary’s Campus in Rochester, Minnesota due to a deer and motorcycle accident.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial ride will be announced at a later date due to Covid-19.

Curtis was born Oct. 12, 1959 to Gale “Pinky” and DeLoris (Bottleman) North. Curtis worked construction jobs all his life. His greatest joys in life were his two grandsons and his Harley Motorcycle.

He is survived by his sons, Christopher and Seth; daughter, Calsey; grandsons, Sterling and Neil Griffin; brother, Cameron; sister, Teresa; along with many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; and special friend Julie Hamm.
