Mary Powers

Mary Powers passed away on Saturday, May 29 at her home in Charles city. After a battle with cancer, cremation was provided by Iowa cremation.

She is survived by her daughter  Kathy (Mike) Plumb of Charles city and their two kids Danelle Plumb and Noah Plumb, her son Paul (Bobbie -Jo) Powers of New Hampton and their kids Austin Stone and Alexus Hampton. Many grandchildren, nieces and nephews and great grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her husband Roger Powers, son Michael Powers  of Iowa, her parents Earl and Anna Lützow of Rockford Illinois. Sisters Ruthie Gibbens, Virginia Hammer, Patricia Hammons, and a brother Charles Lützow.

Mary enjoyed spending time with family and knitting.

A celebration of life is being arranged by the family at a later date.
