STUDENT NEWS 18 Wartburg students accepted into the Teacher Education Program

WAVERLY — Eighteen Wartburg College students have been accepted into the Teacher Education Program.

Local students accepted include: Emily Carroll, a exploring major from Marble Rock; and Jordan Scribner, a elementary education major from Nashua.

Students must demonstrate effective reflective components in teaching, pass the Praxis Core Academic Skills for Educators exam and complete several other requirements to be considered for the program.

Admission to the Teacher Education Program allows students to begin professional education courses in their field.
